Please note: The finish time of your booking will vary depending on how many service hours are included in your package and when you’d like us to start serving. Setup and pack-down are complimentary and do not count towards your service time.

Important venue requirement *

To ensure we can safely set up and operate our coffee cart, we require:

A minimum of 2 x 10A power outlets
Access to a loading zone or temporary parking area within or directly outside the venue for approximately 30 minutes before and after the event
Ramp or lift access where stairs are present

If you're unsure whether your venue can accommodate these requirements, we're happy to discuss them with you before confirming your booking.

I understand that CYA LATTE will be unable to provide the service as quoted if these requirements cannot be met.
